We are a fulfilment centre in Dolny Kubin. We offer storage, repackaging and shipping of orders. We work accurately, transparently and on time. Support is available in Russian, Ukrainian, Slovak and English.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?
All orders received before 12:00 noon are shipped on the same day. This ensures that customers receive their purchases as quickly as possible. We work with reliable courier services (Packeta, GLS, DPD, Slovenská pošta), which allows us to deliver orders both within Slovakia and throughout the EU.
Do you have a public price list?
No, we do not have a fixed price list. We tailor our rates to your business individually, taking into account order volume, number of SKUs, and specific operational characteristics. This approach allows us to offer fair and favourable terms to each customer.
How do you cope with seasonal peaks?
During periods of increased demand (e.g., before holidays or during sales), we bring in additional staff and extend the warehouse’s working hours. This allows us to process orders without delay, even when volumes increase significantly.
Is it possible to store goods without packaging and shipping?
Yes, we provide a ‘pre-storage’ service — temporary storage of goods. You can send us goods from different suppliers and store them in our warehouse until you need them. This is convenient for those who purchase goods in bulk or are looking for a warehouse base in the centre of Europe.
Do you work with marketplaces?
Yes, we can work with popular platforms: Amazon, eBay, Alza, Mall, Heureka, and others. Integrations are discussed individually — we tailor processes to your store to ensure fast and accurate exchange of data on orders and stock levels.
How soon can I start working with you?
Connection takes only a few days. After agreeing on the terms, you send us the first batch of goods, we accept it, record it, and can immediately start processing orders.
Are there minimum volumes?
There is no strict minimum. We work with both small online shops (from 50 orders per month) and large retailers. It is important that the cooperation is beneficial to both parties — the rate is calculated based on your actual volume.
Is it possible to come and see the warehouse?
Yes, of course. We are open to showing our warehouse and work processes. This helps customers to be confident in the reliability and transparency of our service. All you need to do is arrange a visit in advance.
